These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glen Breton website and related pages, including purchases made through our online ordering experiences (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) About the Site
The Site provides information about Glen Breton products and enables customers to place orders online, where permitted. Certain services (including payment processing, compliance services, and fulfillment/shipping) may be provided by third parties.
2) Eligibility & Legal Drinking Age
The Site and our products are intended only for individuals who are of legal age to purchase alcohol in their jurisdiction. By using the Site and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age where you reside and where the order is delivered.
We may use age verification methods and may cancel or refuse any order if we reasonably believe eligibility requirements are not met.
3) Geographic Availability & Shipping Restrictions
Availability, shipping options, and legal eligibility vary by location. We do not ship to every jurisdiction. Orders may be restricted or prohibited by federal, provincial/state, or local laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders where shipping or delivery is not permitted, where compliance requirements cannot be met, or where fraud or misuse is suspected.
4) Orders, Pricing & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice (to the extent permitted by law).
An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed and processed in accordance with the applicable checkout experience. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason permitted by law, including suspected fraud, compliance restrictions, inventory limitations, or errors in product or pricing information.
5) Separate eCommerce Experiences (Canada & United States)
Canadian Orders
Orders placed through glenbreton.com are intended for customers located in Canada. Canadian transactions are processed through third-party payment processors and fulfillment partners authorized to operate within Canada, and deliveries are subject to applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
United States Orders
Orders placed through glenbreton.com/us are processed through a licensed third-party eCommerce and fulfillment provider that facilitates payment processing, regulatory compliance, age verification, and shipping within the United States.
U.S. orders may be shipped to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous states, subject to state and local alcohol laws. Glen Breton does not directly process payments or fulfill U.S. orders and does not store payment information related to U.S. transactions.
6) Delivery, Title, Risk of Loss & Refusals
Delivery is subject to carrier and fulfillment partner requirements, including age verification at delivery where required. A signature and valid government-issued identification may be required.
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, or delivery fails due to an incorrect address, failed age verification, or other reasons outside our control, refunds (if permitted) may be reduced by shipping and handling charges and may be subject to regulatory restrictions.
7) Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. For details, please review the Refund Policy page. Where alcohol returns are restricted by law or policy, we may offer a replacement or refund only for eligible issues such as verified damage, incorrect items, missing items, or confirmed lost shipments.
8) Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to stated terms and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and may exclude certain products or shipping charges.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product names, labels, design elements, audio/video content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Glen Breton and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
10) Acceptable Use

13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glen Breton and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law).
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glen Breton and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable laws.

You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the courts located in Nova Scotia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
