Where we ship
Orders placed on glenbreton.com ship to addresses within Canada only. Customers in the United States can order through our US store at usa.glenbreton.com, which is fulfilled by licensed retailers.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. You will see the full shipping cost before you pay.
Legal drinking age
Alcohol is only sold and shipped to customers who are of legal drinking age in their province or territory. The person receiving the delivery must also be of legal drinking age, and the carrier may ask for valid government-issued photo ID. We may cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as incorrect addresses can delay delivery.
Damaged, lost or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund, as described in our Refund & Returns policy.
